Shipping Information

At Maison Amora, we strive to give you the best value while keeping our collections rare and alluring. To achieve this, we ship many of our products directly from our suppliers. This allows us to reduce transportation, storage, and packaging costs—passing the savings on to you while still delivering pieces that feel truly special.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed during the week are usually prepared within one business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Pre-Order Items:

  • Items marked as Pre-Order require a longer processing time. Please allow 8–10 business days before shipment while we secure the item from our supplier and prepare it for delivery.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once your pre-order item is ready.

Delivery Time:

  • Once processed, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days.
  • Please note: delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as extreme weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customs & Duties:

  • Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Maison Amora is not responsible for delays caused by unpaid duties or customs processing.

When placing an order on Maison Amora, it is understood that you have read, acknowledged, and agreed to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy. This acknowledgment is shown at checkout and included in every order confirmation email:

“By placing your order, you agree to our Refund & Return Policy.”

This serves as a clear notice and agreement, ensuring both parties understand how returns, refunds, and disputes are handled.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed our return conditions, timelines, and non-returnable item list.
  • You understand that slight differences in fit, color perception, or minor measurement deviations are not considered defects.
  • You will follow the return process, including requesting approval before sending items back.

Before You Order – Sizing & Expectations

We encourage all customers to check our Size Guide before placing an order. If you’re unsure, reach out to us—our team is happy to help.

Please note: a variation of 1–3 cm (+/-) in measurements is standard in apparel production and not considered a defect. Double-checking sizing helps us reduce returns and continue offering you unique, quality pieces.

Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be initiated by emailing us within the return window.

Items not meeting these requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Swimwear, lingerie, and bodysuits
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and photos. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  2. Ship Securely: Once approved, package your items securely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping, as untracked packages cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds & Store Credit

To help reduce environmental impact and save you return costs, we may offer partial refunds or store credit as an alternative when items don’t meet expectations. With this option, you can keep the item and still receive compensation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please contact your local courier and file a claim.
  • Check with neighbors, reception, or household members.
  • If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.

Maison Amora cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered unless the courier confirms a delivery error.

Return-to-Sender Orders

If a package is returned due to refusal, unclaimed status, or incorrect address:

  • Refunds will be processed once the package is received.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after return approval.
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
